Customers who purchase our 30-Day Warranty at checkout are eligible for additional protection.
If you have purchased the warranty and experience an issue with your product within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at contact@snugglerex.com. Our team will review your case and work with you to provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
30-Day Money Guarantee (Non-Sale Items Only)
For customers who did not purchase the 30-Day Warranty, we offer a limited 30-day money guarantee on full-priced (non-sale) items only.
This guarantee does not apply to items purchased on sale or with discounts.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
